**Working Days**: Monday to Friday & 1 & 3 Saturday is working (2 & 4 Saturday is off)

**Working Hrs**: 10.00 to 6:30

**Education**: Graduate

**Report to**: Sr. GM (Tech)
- Must be having a good typing speed.
- Should have good computer skills and well versed with MS Office.
- To place inquiry and follow up for quotation for various materials/service
- Requirements from vendors as directed by technical team.
- To compare quotations and place PO accordingly in consultation with Executive Engineer/Sr. GM (Tech)
- To make purchase Order, getting it approved by Purchase Head and placing it to the vendor.
- To Coordinate with accounts team for any advance payment to vendors.
- To follow up with vendors for timely delivery of the spares/service.
- To liaise with CHA for custom clearance of various imported spares.
- To maintain office documentation.
- To do day to day office activities.
- To assist in office audits.
- To prepare and submit report to the management as required.
- To carry out any other task as assigned by the management.

**Skills**
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role
- Knowledge of "back-office" computer systems (ERP software)
- Working knowledge of office equipment thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
