**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supply Chain & Inventory Management**:
Ensure that inventory levels are optimized by maintaining accurate records of stock and managing procurement of raw materials and finished goods.
- **Logistics Coordination**:
Oversee the logistics of product shipments and deliveries to ensure timely and cost-effective transport. Work with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimize routes and reduce costs.
- **Warehouse Operations**:
Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. Ensure adherence to safety standards and proper handling of beauty products.
- **Order Fulfillment**:
Coordinate with the sales team and e-commerce platforms for the fulfillment of customer orders. Ensure timely processing and dispatch of orders while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- **Vendor Management**:
Liaise with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement and delivery of materials. Build strong relationships with key partners to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- **Data Management & Reporting**:
Maintain operational databases and prepare reports for management to support decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and inventory management software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
