- 5 years+ experience working in a Windows environment
- 3 year+ O365 & Exchange experience

Job Description**:IT Help Desk Technician**

Basic Function/Responsibilities:

- Handle Tier 1 & Tier 2 help desk escalations through tickets or phone.
- Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Handling O365 and Exchange related queries.
- Windows 10, Mac OS X, Google Collaboration Apps and Office 365
- Active Directory fundamentals
- Client PC connectivity - ethernet, TCP/IP and VPN, firewalls
- Experience with Antivirus products
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users

Time : Thursday to Monday (IST hours 6am - 2pm)\

Experience : 3 to 8 years

**Fluent English Communication**

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
