**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**IT Administration & Security**:

- Manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and internet connections
- Oversee IT security protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Administer **JumpCloud** and other identity & access management tools
- Coordinate with IT vendors for procurement, maintenance, and support services
- Monitor and maintain office IT assets, including laptops, desktops, and other peripherals
- Manage **Office Pass** and other access control systems to ensure secure entry and exit

**Office Administration & Facility Management**:

- Handle office space rental negotiations, renewals, and acquisitions for new office locations
- Manage office maintenance, including utilities, cleaning, and repairs
- Ensure smooth daily office operations by coordinating with facility vendors
- Track office attendance and maintain employee records

**Travel & Visa Management**:

- Oversee domestic and international travel arrangements for employees
- Coordinate with travel agencies and embassies for smooth processing of travel-related requirements

**Vendor & Asset Management**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors for IT, facilities, and office supplies
- Ensure timely procurement of IT and office equipment while staying within budget
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of office assets and IT hardware

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**5-10 years** of experience in IT operations, office administration, and facility management
- Strong knowledge of IT security, network administration, and system management
- Hands-on experience with **JumpCloud**, Office Pass, and access control systems
- Proficiency in managing office leases, vendor contracts, and facility maintenance
- Familiarity with attendance tracking systems and asset management
- Experience in handling corporate travel and visa processes
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **IT asset lifecycle management** and procurement
- Knowledge of compliance and security standards in IT infrastructure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs
