**Responsibilities and Duties**

A. Digital Marketing - Training
- Co-ordinate all aspects of training and student needs to help meet the business objective of the organization.
- Overall all skill development of each enrolled student. Train them specifically through classes and assignments.
- Conduct Practical sessions on Digital Marketing.
- Evaluate and assess students.
- Prepare them to certify industry sectors.
- Solving queries of the students related to digital marketing at the time of training.
- Well versed with the latest tool and industry updates related to each and every aspect of the digital marketing.
- Good in technical Information & training management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, expressive, interactive and Public Speaking skill.

B. Digital Marketing
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
- Key KPIs include cost of acquisition, Lead Generation, cost per lead and brand performance metrics.
- Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels
- Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
- Oversee all the company's social media accounts
- Measure and manage online content
- Anticipate sales performance trends
- Organize and lead digital marketing team
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
- Scheduling all digital content on our social media platforms as it gets published - linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Have a well-established network to connect with the best in the industry
- Be ready to take on multiple projects

3. Required Qualifications
- MBA or Science Graduate

- 3000 to 5000 (As per performance)
