**Job Purpose**

**What You Will Do**:

- Evaluate learning needs and objectives to meet the needs of internal and external customers and recommend best practices and ideal learning delivery methods
- Create engaging learning materials such as presentations, videos, simulations, and online courses
- Create coursework with practice exercises, knowledge checks and other elements designed to meaningfully evaluate and drive learning retention
- Implement accessibility standards to ensure that instructional materials are accessible to all learners, including those with disabilities, by adhering to accessibility standards and guidelines
- Manage instructional design projects, including timelines, resources, and budgets, to ensure successful completion within scope
- Stay updated on industry trends by continuously researching and incorporating emerging trends and technologies in instructional design to enhance learning experiences
- Provide training and support to instructors, learners, and other stakeholders on using instructional materials and technologies effectively
- Ensure content accuracy and alignment with current business processes, company branding guidelines, procedures and systems
- QA final course for accuracy and work regularly with SMEs to update existing content to maintain its relevance and accuracy
- Define and measure training effectiveness using meaningful metrics and address User feedback to revise content as needed
- Facilitate training through traditional instructor-led classroom training (ILT) and both synchronous and asynchronous web-based training (WBT)
- And other duties as assigned.

**What to Bring**:

- Bachelor Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Instructional Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in software and/or technical curriculum development/course design for synchronous and asynchronous instructor-led, computer-based and web-based training, including blended learning programs
- 2+ years of experience using eLearning authoring and/or media development software to create SCORM-compliant courses such as Articulate Storyline
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Camtasia/SnagIt, or similar graphics editing tools
- Experience with Articulate Storyline is a plus
- Experience producing content for Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Litmos or similar
- Proven experience creating end-user documentation of various forms such as online training content, user guides and technical whitepapers.
- Attention to detail, deadline-oriented demonstrated team player.

**Additional Details**
- Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in India is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
