**Job Overview**

Content Specialist/Curator responsible for building outcome based training modules and owning them. To be responsible for managing Content for learning needs & per Learning Road Map Strategy & need based requirements, within timelines & Quality.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Design effective training modules set instructional end goals and create content that matches them.
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
- Design tests and assessment for evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course.
- Proactively manage content with the Learning management system and take ownership for quality and accuracy.
- Lead and interact with stakeholders in full content creation life cycle (ADDIE) including scoping out requirement, creation, checking and refinement.
- Maintain project documentation and course folders.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate (Technical Qualification will be an aid) from a reputed institute.
- 5 -7 years of total experience (minimum 2 years’ experience in designing content, need gathering, content development and functional LMS)
- Hands on experience on eLearning authoring tools like storyline, captivate, articulate and good working knowledge of LMS or LCMS
- Working knowledge of learning theories (Bloom Taxonomy) and instructional design models (ADDIE) How to design a program, how to check training effectiveness.
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
- Proficient in MS Office; e-learning software is an asset.
- Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Desired: Exposure to automotive, logistics, construction equipment and allied field.
