**Instructional Designer - K-12 & eLearning**

We’re looking for an experienced **Instructional Designer** who has actively designed K-12 courses aligned with US standards. If you have a strong background in **ELA and Social Studies**, a passion for curriculum development, and a knack for making learning engaging, we’d love to hear from you.

**What You’ll Do**
- Design and develop K-12 courses that align with US state standards.
- Create instructional materials, lesson plans, and assessments for **ELA and Social Studies**.
- Develop interactive and accessible eLearning content using industry-standard tools.
- Ensure content meets pedagogical best practices and supports diverse learning needs.
- Review and refine materials based on educator and student feedback.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **4+ years of experience** in curriculum development, instructional material creation, and assessment design.
- Proven experience designing K-12 courses aligned with **any US state standards**.
- Familiarity with eLearning tools like Articulate, Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and how students learn best.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹314,730.21 - ₹800,556.29 per year
