Strategic Planning and Implementation:

- Developing and implementing technology strategies that support the hospital's mission and objectives.
- Managing technology budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- Staying current with technology trends and developments to ensure the hospital remains competitive.

Project Management:

- Leading the planning, scheduling, and execution of IT projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
- Ensuring the successful implementation of technology solutions, such as electronic health records (EHRs) and other software systems.

Team Leadership and Management:

- Building and managing a high-performing IT team, providing guidance and support.
- Fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the IT department and with other departments.
- Mentoring and developing IT staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Security and Compliance:

- Ensuring the security of the hospital's technology infrastructure, protecting sensitive patient data and adhering to compliance regulations like HIPAA.
- Implementing security measures such as firewalls, data encryption, and access controls.

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

- Addressing complex IT challenges, making critical decisions to resolve issues, and implementing effective solutions.
- Providing technical support to hospital staff and users, resolving hardware, software, and network problems.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
