Job Role:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Inventory Planning and Analysis:
Conduct regular analysis of inventory levels, demand patterns, and sales data to optimize stock levels.

Develop and implement inventory forecasting models to predict future demand.

Monitor slow-moving and obsolete stock, and recommend appropriate actions.

Order Placement and Supplier Management:
Place purchase orders to replenish stock based on demand forecasts and reorder points.

Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and reliable shipments.

Receiving and Quality Control:
Oversee the receiving process to ensure accurate and timely receipt of incoming goods.

Conduct quality control checks on incoming shipments to verify conformity with order specifications.

Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any discrepancies or defects.

Warehouse Organization and Layout:
Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts to optimize space and facilitate easy access to products.

Implement and enforce proper storage and handling procedures to prevent damage or loss.

Regularly conduct physical inventory counts to reconcile with system records.

Inventory Tracking and Reporting:
Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements, adjustments, and discrepancies.

Generate and analyze regular reports on key inventory performance metrics.

Provide management with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to align inventory levels with business goals.

Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate accounting and valuation of inventory.

Collaborate with IT teams to enhance and optimize inventory management systems.

**Continuous Improvement**:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the inventory management process.

Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance overall efficiency.

Stay informed about advancements in inventory management technology and practices.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.

Knowledge of inventory management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using inventory management software and other relevant tools.

Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
