**Demo Executive**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** 1. Product Demonstrations**- Conduct live and virtual product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers.
- Customize demo sessions based on customer industry and requirements.
- **2. Customer Training & Onboarding**- Guide customers on product usage, best practices, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure smooth onboarding by providing hands-on training sessions.
- Address customer queries and clarify doubts to enhance user adoption.
- **3. Sales Support & Lead Conversion**- Work closely with the sales team to support lead nurturing and conversion.
- Assist in identifying customer pain points and demonstrating how the product meets their needs.
- Provide follow-up support to address customer concerns post-demo.
- **4. Market & Competitor Awareness**- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product and sales teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance demo effectiveness.
- **5. Reporting & Documentation**- Maintain records of demo sessions, customer feedback, and follow-ups.
- Prepare reports on demo effectiveness, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
- ** Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- **1-3 years** of experience in product demonstrations, sales, or customer support.
**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and presentation software.
