**Job Title: Telecaller**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic telecallers to join our team. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of promoting and selling our products or services, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service.

**SALARY**:10,000-25000.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Qualification**: Any Graduate

**Fluency in Hindi, English, Telugu must and should., any other language if you know is added advantage.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script.
- Introduce products or services to potential customers and explain the benefits.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, answer any additional questions, and close sales.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
