Role & Responsibility:

- Provide daily supervision and support of employees in the respective work cell(s)
- Perform near miss and accident investigations
- Maintain daily / weekly /monthly production reports
- Inspect waste oil storage areas according to S.P.C.C
- Direct Machine Operators and support personnel in compliance with daily work schedule
- Insure all direct reports are in compliance with all current safety regulations
- Ensuring all documentation is completed
- Improve machine utilization through setup reduction and enhanced scheduling
- Ensure compliance with PPE and Safety procedures
- Experienced in CNC machine shop supervision.
- Having a good knowledge in CNC machines including setting and programs.
- Good communication is needed
- Manpower management skills required

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
