About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our team as CNC Operators. Selected candidates will be trained in operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This is a great opportunity to start your career in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn to operate CNC machines (lathe/milling/turning).
  • Assist in machine setup and loading of materials.
  • Support senior operators in day-to-day production.
  • Perform basic quality checks under supervision.
  • Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Participate in training sessions for skill development.

Qualifications & Skills

  • ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Turner, or related trade.
  • Basic knowledge of machining tools & measurements.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and learn new skills.
  • Good attention to detail and discipline.
  • No prior experience required – training will be provided.
