**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC turning machines (lathes) to produce precision components according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Load raw materials into machines and monitor the machining process.
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain part quality.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Ensure parts meet tolerance and quality standards.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC turning machines.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings.
- Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
