**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees and site workers.
- Conduct regular health check-ups and maintain medical records.
- Assist in occupational health and safety initiatives at construction sites.
- Educate employees on basic health and hygiene practices.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage medical inventory, including first aid kits and emergency supplies.
- Coordinate with hospitals and medical professionals for further medical treatment if required.
- Support HR and management in wellness programs and health awareness activities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Nursing, B.Sc. in Nursing, or any degree in Nursing.
- Valid nursing certification and registration.

**Must-Have Qualities**:
