**Primary Responsibilities**

1. **New born Care**
- Initial Assessment after birth ,Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage life-support equipment for premature or critically ill infants.
- Coordinate with neonatologists and pediatricians for effective treatment planning.

2. **Family Support and Education**
- Educate and emotionally support families, teaching them essential skills for baby care at home.
- Update families regularly about their child’s health and progress, addressing concerns sensitively.

3. **Record-Keeping and Documentation**
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of treatments, medications, and patient progress.
- Document any unusual patient behaviors or reactions to treatments for medical review.

4. **Emergency Response**
- Quickly respond to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions, including resuscitation if necessary.
- Maintain readiness to use specialized equipment like ventilators, incubators, and other NICU technology.

**Qualifications**
- **Licensure**: Must hold a MNC registration.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in critical care, neonatal care, or pediatrics is highly preferred.

**Key Skills**
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with NICU equipment, including ventilators, incubators, and feeding tubes.
- **Critical Thinking**: Ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure.

The NICU nurse role is both challenging and rewarding, requiring both technical skill and emotional resilience to support newborns and their families through critical times.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
