**Job Description**:
As a Staff Nurse at Surya Hospital in Pune, Maharashtra, you'll be part of our caring team, providing nursing care to patients. This job is a great start for those who've just finished their nursing studies and want to begin their career in healthcare.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and guide the team to meet hospital goals and give the best care.
- Help staff learn and grow by arranging training and educational programs.
- Review how well each team member is doing and offer advice.
- Make sure there are enough staff to look after patients safely.
- Keep patients and staff in the ICU safe and comfortable.
- Work with other teams to keep the hospital clean and safe.
- Encourage everyone to talk openly and share ideas.
- Hold regular meetings with staff to discuss important matters.
- Help everyone understand what to do in emergencies.
- Keep track of how well we're taking care of patients and suggest ways to improve.

**Requirements**:

- Have a B.Sc. Nursing degree or a GNM certificate from a recognized school.
- Must be registered as a nurse.
- Even if you're new, we encourage you to apply.
- Good at talking with people and working in a team.
- Know what to do in emergencies and how to keep everyone safe.
