**Job Title**: Telecaller - Cold Calling Specialist
**Location**: Delhi
**Department**: Sales/Marketing
**Reports To**: Sales Manager/Team Lead
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Conduct Cold Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list to introduce and promote our products/services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and providing relevant information about our offerings.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with potential clients, answer their queries, and provide detailed explanations of product features and benefits.
- **Data Management**: Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and contact details in the Excel spreadsheet.
- **Follow-Up**: Schedule follow-up calls with interested prospects and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely closure of deals.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to effectively pitch our products/services.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the sales and product development teams for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
