**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries via inbound/outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.
- Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through proper steps for resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g., call quality, resolution time, customer satisfaction).

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
- Prior BPO or call centre experience in an international process will be an added advantage.
