Implementation Support Rep

**Team**:Quick Response Technical Team

**Shift Time**:Require flexibility as shifts may change as per the project assigned.

Some of the key requirements for the position are as below
- strong communications skills and ability to understand the customer needs to achieve highest customer satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge on Excel and SQL query writing
- Willingness to take ownership and multi-tasking skills to deliver the projects under tight deadlines
- Strong follow-up skills and sense of urgency
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and partnerships with key stakeholders and clients
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
- Learns quickly when facing new problems and is open to change

Responsibilities:

- Identify and manage risks and dependencies and effectively manage these across internal departments
- Managing and prioritize multiple projects/tasks with competing resource requirements and timelines

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Must have basic Knowledge of Linux/Unix, SQL and any of programming languages (Preferably Python)
- Must have clear and concise communication (Written & Verbal) to effective collaboration
- Must be flexible to adapt to challenging situations
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and think & act independently while also being team-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adjustable in working in shifts and weekends

**Personal Characteristics**:
Individuals who are curious by nature and solution focused would be best suited for the role. Strong logical and analytical capabilities with an attention to detail.
