Job Summary

The Production Executive is responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing production activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills to manage workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise production processes to meet project goals and deadlines.

Manage schedules, allocate resources, and oversee day-to-day production activities.

Ensure quality standards are met during all stages of production.

Collaborate with design, marketing, and technical teams to align production with company objectives.

Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues promptly.

Maintain detailed records of production schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Communicate updates and progress to stakeholders and team members.

Monitor and procure materials, tools, and other resources as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Production Management, Media Production, or a related field.

Proven experience in production or operations management (internships or prior roles are an advantage).

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software.

Effective communication and leadership skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
