**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate a school bus on assigned routes, adhering to traffic laws and school policies.
- Pick up and drop off students at designated bus stops and school premises.
- Ensure the safety of all passengers during transit, especially young children.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections before and after trips.
- Maintain cleanliness and order inside the bus.
- Report any delays, accidents, or mechanical issues to the appropriate authority promptly.
- Assist students in boarding and exiting the bus when needed, especially younger children.
- Maintain discipline on the bus and report any behavioral concerns to school authorities.
- Follow the school's schedule and adhere to route timings strictly.

**Requirements**:

- Valid commercial driver’s license (appropriate for operating a school bus)
- Clean driving record with no recent traffic violations
- Previous experience as a school or commercial driver preferred
- Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Patient, punctual, and attentive to detail
- Must be physically fit and able to assist with student needs if required

**Salary**: As per school norms
