**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of civil construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Manage on-site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Control project budgets and monitor cost control systems.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and issues.
- Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ensure quality control and quality assurance procedures are followed.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for project execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in civil construction/project management.
- Proven track record of managing mid
- to large-scale infrastructure or real estate projects.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
