Navnow Holidays is a travel agency specializing in crafting unique and memorable leisure and couple trips. We focus on personalized experiences, offering tailor-made travel solutions to our clients. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and proactively seek out new business opportunities for Navnow Holidays.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel preferences and needs.
- Promote and sell holiday packages, including couple vacations, leisure trips, and custom travel itineraries.
- Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends and destinations, offering valuable insights to clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
- Assist in organizing and attending travel-related events and expos as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the travel industry, destinations, and packages is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Odoo) is an advantage.
