**Responsibilities**:
- Client Acquisition:Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.Build and maintain relationships with potential clients in the construction sector.
- Sales Targets:Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Product Knowledge:Stay informed about the features of company products.Effectively communicate product specifications to potential clients.
- Customer Relationship Management:Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaboration:Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations.Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional activities. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
- Preferred experience in the GRP/FRP/GRC/Construction industry.
- Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills.Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
