**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Reservation & Booking**: Handle the complete booking process for flights, hotels, holiday packages, and other travel services as per customer preferences and requirements.
- **Ticket Issuance**: Process ticket bookings, generate e-tickets, and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- **Travel Documentation**: Prepare travel itineraries, provide necessary documentation (like visa information, travel insurance, etc.), and ensure all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
- **Payment Processing**: Assist in payment collection, issuing invoices, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address customer complaints and resolve any issues related to reservations, cancellations, or changes in bookings.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay updated on travel industry trends, flight availability, and special offers to provide clients with the best options.
- **Sales Support**: Assist in up-selling additional services like travel insurance, tours, or excursions.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain a clear and organized record of customer communications, reservations, and transactions.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Educational Background**: A degree or diploma in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ticketing, reservations, or customer service within the travel industry.
- **Knowledge**: Proficiency in global distribution systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo. Familiarity with hotel and car rental booking systems is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with customers professionally.
- **Customer Service Orientation**: A friendly, patient, and proactive attitude toward customers.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all bookings and transactions.
- **Multitasking Abilities**: Able to manage multiple customer requests and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think on your feet and solve issues effectively and promptly.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and familiarity with booking and ticketing software.
Pay: ₹9,314.43 - ₹18,000.00 per month
