Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Reservation Executive to join our luxury boutique hotel chain. As a Reservation Executive, you will play a crucial role in maximizing revenue by handling hotel reservation calls and delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while upholding the highest standards of genuine warmth and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle Reservation Calls: Receive incoming reservation calls from potential guests, providing them with accurate information about our luxury boutique hotels and services. Effortlessly guide guests through the booking process to secure confirmed reservations.

Sales Expertise: Utilize your strong tele sales or inside sales experience to actively engage with potential guests, identify their needs, and match them with the perfect accommodations and packages. Employ persuasive communication skills to promote our unique offerings and capture bookings.

Customer Service Excellence: Deliver impeccable customer service with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, leaving a lasting positive impression on potential guests. Address any inquiries, concerns, or special requests with a customer-first approach.

Upselling and Cross-selling: Recognize opportunities to upsell additional services, amenities, or packages, enhancing the overall guest experience and maximizing revenue.

Multilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi is essential for this role. Proficiency in other Indian languages is considered a valuable asset, as it allows for better engagement with diverse guests.

Reservation System Management: Utilize our hotel reservation system efficiently to process bookings, check availability, and maintain accurate guest records.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Front Desk, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure a seamless guest experience from reservation to check-out.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tele sales or inside sales, demonstrating a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
- Previous experience in handling hotel reservation calls is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi are essential.
- Additional proficiency in other Indian languages is a plus.
- A passion for sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and genuine warmth are critical qualities for success in this role.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, coupled with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and online booking platforms is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
