**Responsibilities**:

- **Booking and Reservation Management**:

- Utilize Amadeus and other ticketing software to book flights, hotels, and other travel services for customers.
- Ensure accuracy in booking details, including travel dates, destinations, and passenger information.
- **Ticket Issuance and Documentation**:

- Issue tickets, e-tickets, and other travel documents accurately and efficiently.
- Verify ticket information, including fares, taxes, and fees, to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with travel-related queries.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- **Dynamic Pricing Analysis**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to analyze dynamic pricing opportunities.
- Utilize analytical tools and data to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Manage ticket inventory, including allocations, reservations, and seat assignments.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other suppliers to secure inventory and negotiate favorable terms.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate reports and analyze ticketing data to track sales performance, revenue trends, and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance ticketing operations and profitability.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, airline policies, and ticketing standards.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting as required by regulatory authorities and internal policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Ticketing Executive or similar role in the travel industry.
- Proficiency in Amadeus and other ticketing software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze pricing data and trends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
