**SGT University (NAAC A+ Grade Accredited), **in its campus spread over 70 acres near Gurgaon, offers around 160+ programmes in Medical and Non-Medical domains. **Qualification & Experience**
**Essential**:
1. ITI/Diploma in Draughtsman (Architect), or a related field.

2. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, or similar programs

3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and technical drawing

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

5. Basic understanding of architectural principles, construction techniques, and building codes

6. Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in architectural drafting and design

7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.

8. Previous internship or relevant work experience in architecture or design is a plus, but not required.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:
1. Assist architects and senior draughtsman in the creation and development of architectural drawings, plans, and designs.

2. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce accurate and detailed technical drawings and blueprints.

3. Collaborate with architects and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.

4. Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary data and measurements for project planning and design.

5. Prepare presentation materials, including renderings and visualizations, to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

6. Maintain organized project files and documentation, ensuring that all drawings and related materials are up to date and easily accessible.

7. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies relevant to architectural drafting and design.

8. Assist in the coordination and communication with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

9. Support the project team in various administrative tasks and responsibilities as needed.
