Job Title: Draughtsman (ONLY MALE)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and plans using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure accurate representation of design concepts.

Interpret design briefs, specifications, and sketches into comprehensive drawings.

Modify and update drawings based on feedback, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry standards.

Conduct site visits to take measurements and gather necessary information for accurate drafting.

Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and related documentation.

Assist in preparing 3D models and visualizations when needed.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical drawing-related queries.

Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Interior & Furniture Designing or a related field.

Proficiency in Production drawings in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant CAD software.

Strong understanding of drafting standards, building codes, and construction processes.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to interpret technical information and translate it into clear, precise drawings.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience with 3D modeling and visualization is a plus.

Preferred Experience:
2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within (Interior design).

Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.

Work Environment:
Office-based with occasional site visits.

Collaborative team environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
