**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:
Assist customers in selecting beauty products based on their individual needs, preferences, and skin types.

Offer professional beauty advice on skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products.

Provide personalized product demonstrations to customers, showcasing the features and benefits.

Maintain an engaging and positive customer experience to build customer loyalty.

**Sales**:
Meet and exceed sales targets through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and upselling techniques.

Promote new and seasonal beauty products, special offers, and promotions.

**Product Knowledge**:
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.

Maintain thorough knowledge of the product ranges, including ingredients, usage, and benefits.
