**Job Summary**:
As a Fashion Advisor at Tizzi, you will be responsible for driving sales by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our exquisite swimwear collection. Your focus will be on building relationships with a discerning clientele who appreciate luxury and quality. You will be an ambassador for the Tizzi brand, representing our commitment to excellence in every interaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads and identify customer needs and preferences.
- Present and explain the features and benefits of Tizzi swimwear collections.
- Provide personalized recommendations and styling advice to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the system.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends, particularly in the luxury swimwear market.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing sales.
- Represent the Tizzi brand with professionalism and elegance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in the fashion or luxury goods industry.
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry and luxury market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-end clientele.
- A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent phone etiquette and presentation skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram.
