As a Healthcare Draughtsman, you will play a crucial role in the planning and design process of healthcare facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to create accurate technical drawings and plans based on the specifications provided by architects and engineers. You will work closely with the design team to ensure that all drawings adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
Create detailed architectural and engineering drawings for healthcare facilities, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to develop design concepts and translate them into accurate drawings.

Ensure that all drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and healthcare industry standards.

Revise drawings as necessary based on feedback from project managers, architects, and clients.

Coordinate with external consultants and contractors to incorporate their input into the design drawings.

Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.

Assist in site visits and surveys as needed to gather information for drawing development.

Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices related to healthcare design and drafting.

**Requirements**:
Diploma or degree in architectural drafting, engineering technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a draughtsman, preferably in the healthcare or architectural industry.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.

Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards related to healthcare facilities.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of construction methods and materials used in healthcare projects is an advantage.

Certification or training in healthcare facility planning and design is desirable but not required.
