**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a sales plan to target key clients, travel agencies, corporate clients, and tour operators.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding hotel bookings, services, and inquiries.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demos to potential clients, showcasing hotel facilities, packages, and services.
- Manage the booking process from start to finish, ensuring smooth communication and coordination with clients and hotel teams.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that clients have a positive experience from the initial inquiry through to post-stay follow-up.

**Required Qualifications**:

- MBA in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field. (preferred)
- 6 months to 2 year Experience in sales, preferably in the hotel or travel & tourism industry.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and hotel booking systems.
- Knowledge of the hotel industry, including hotel services, packages, and booking processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
