We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher Sales Executive (Female) to join our start-up company in India. As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and drive B2B sales for our products or services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and want to kickstart their careers in a dynamic and innovative environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries.
3. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
4. Build and maintain relationships with prospects to nurture and convert them into customers.
5. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
7. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
8. Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts to the sales manager.
9. Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition.

Marketing Strategies

1. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
3. Highly self-motivated and target-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
6. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
8. Prior experience or internships in sales or customer service will be a plus, but not mandatory.

11. The salary for this position will be based on industry standards and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
12. In addition to the base salary, there will be attractive incentives and performance-based bonuses tied to individual and team sales achievements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
