Should have executed MEP works for any Industrial and Building projects. Knowledge of Services work in Commercial projects
1. Develop checklists for each activity, accordingly execute the job and establish records
2. To be able to understand and correlate the MEP GFC drawings with the BOQ. Maintain the Wos, Drawings and BOQ at the site level for reference all the time
3. Knowledge of the Project at the macro level and the time lines
4. knowledge of at least any three of related MEP services such as PHE, FF, HVAC, FAPA, Security and Surveillance, Networking etc and the sequence of works
5. Report daily activities carried out to the Project Manager
6. Continually review the contractor s construction schedule during the progress of site works with regards to MEP services and report to the Project Manager on the same
7. Generate Daily and Weekly Progress reports
8. Proficient in MS Office in terms of preparing RA bill abstract, Payment certificates etc
9. Know-how on quantity measurements as per relevant IS
10. Analyze problems in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and allied Services and formulate solutions.
11. Review MEP contractor s shop drawings in conjunction with the Structural and Architectural as builts to ensure engineering co-ordination and bring up site issues to the Project Manager
12. Possess the best Interpersonal relation with all the team members, ethical values, integrity and commitment to continual improvement
13. Ensure EHS compliance by all the MEP contractors and maintain records
14. Good Communication skill
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
