Position Summary

Understanding of Image Signal Pipeline architecture & individual blocks

Image Signal Pipeline 3A & post processing algorithms development/customization : Auto Exposure, Auto White balance, Auto Focus, Detail Enhancement

Understanding of Image Quality metrics and evaluation methodology

Role and Responsibilities- Leads small teams of specialized professionals to develop and tune the ISP pipeline and 3A algorithms to achieve the best camera image quality for smartphones- Typically implements short-term action plans rather than developing policy, process or strategy- Enhances or Improves methods or procedures and provides coaching to team members to ensure successful outcome- Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments- Typically requires a minimum 1-2 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 1 years and a Master's degree, or a PhD from a reputed university

Skills and Qualifications
- Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
- Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures
- Normally receives detailed instructions on all work
- Typical entry point for university graduates
