- **Salary**:
- For Sales Executive - Salary: ₹25,000 per month with a sales target of ₹2,00,000.
- For Senior Sales Executive - Salary: ₹40,000 per month with a sales target of ₹3,50,000.
- For Sales Manager - Salary: ₹60,000 per month with a sales target of ₹5,00,000.
**Performance Incentives**:
- Sales above ₹5,00,000 in a month will be eligible for a bonus of 20% of the total sales amount.
- Sales below ₹2,00,000 in a month will be eligible for a bonus of 10% of the total sales amount.
**Overview**:
As a Sales Executive for our dropshipping business, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients.
- **New Business Development**:
- Research and identify potential clients and market segments for expansion.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new business and achieve growth targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales pitches and promotional materials.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize pricing, product offerings, and sales performance.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and updates to management.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to share market feedback, customer insights, and sales opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the e-commerce or dropshipping industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
