**Job Description: Recruiter**

We're seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our team in a WFH (hybrid) role. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing relevant profiles, conducting thorough telephonic interviews, and ensuring timely placements to meet monthly joining targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Submit daily reports summarizing progress and achievements.

**Requirements**:

- Previous internship experience (3-6 months) in onsite recruitment is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn for sourcing and networking purposes.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and incentives tied to successful placements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must have a working laptop.
