**Job Description: IT Recruiter**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing & Recruitment**:

- **Client Engagement**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics.
- Provide guidance on recruitment strategies, market trends, and salary expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving hiring needs.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with ATS and recruitment platforms.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in high-volume recruiting environments.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
