Position Assistant Manager - Finance

**Job Description**:
1) Monthly books closing: All accounting entries to be reviewed & posted in Oracle to ensure monthly books closure as per Group timelines.

2) Accounts Payable: Monthly vendor payments ensuring all payments done as per timelines.

3) Statutory Payments: Monthly TDS, GST and PF payments as per statutory timelines.

4) Monthly Balance Sheet finalization : Preparing monthly financial statements in Hyperion.

5) Monthly/Quarterly MIS and reporting: Preparing the Monthly MIS with variance analysis and commentary and presenting the same to the management.

6) Quarterly Audit Review/Year end audit/other audits : Preparing financials and other relevant schedules and closing the quarterly/yearly reviews/audits with auditors.

7) Yearly Budget: Compiling the yearly budget from business inputs and presenting to the management.

8) Strong verbal and written communications skills, liaising with other departments and business teams.

9) Computer literacy including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and preferred experience with Oracle accounting software.
