- Regularly assess students' progress through quizzes, tests, assignments, and mock exams.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their understanding and problem-solving skills.

- **Student Performance Monitoring**:

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**:

- A postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or Medical Sciences (MBBS/BDS), or a similar relevant qualification.
- Specialization in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (for JEE) or Biology (for NEET).
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in teaching or coaching JEE and NEET aspirants is preferred.
- Familiarity with competitive exam preparation methodologies and techniques.

- Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
