**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Planning**:

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Identify and prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- **Client Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- **Product/Service Promotion**:

- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to educate clients about products/services.
- Keep updated on product knowledge and market trends.
- **Negotiation and Deal Closure**:

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements to maximize profits.
- Close sales efficiently and ensure a smooth handover to the delivery team.
- **Performance Tracking**:

- Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports on sales performance.
- Provide regular updates to the sales manager on pipeline and progress.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive (2-3 years).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Results-driven with a customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
