**Job Title**: Molding Production Incharge

**Department**: Production / Manufacturing
**Reports To**: Plant Head
**Location**: Haridwar

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily molding operations to meet production targets.
- Optimize machine utilization, manpower, and cycle times.
- Monitor and maintain accurate production records.
- Monitor and adjust molding parameters to ensure consistent product quality.
- Implement process improvements to reduce scrap and rework.
- Collaborate with engineers on new mold trials and process validations.
- Supervise and manage molding operators, technicians, and helpers.
- Provide training on equipment handling, processes, and safety.
- Drive team performance and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for regular upkeep of molding machines and molds.
- Ensure molds are cleaned, stored, and maintained properly.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Collaborate with the quality department for inspections and defect analysis.
- Implement and uphold 5S, ISO, and other quality management systems.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure PPE usage.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on the shop floor.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Polymer Engineering (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- 5-10 years in molding production (plastic injection).
- Hands-on experience in machine operations, process optimization, and troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
