**Role**:
As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and growth for Techimply. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to attract and convert potential customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure ROI and identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify target audiences.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and performance marketing channels.
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for data-driven marketing and a results-oriented mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.03 - ₹25,000.60 per month

Schedule:
