**Job Title**: Graphic Designer + Content Manager/Creator

**Location**: Remote

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:

- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our marketing goals.
- Create compelling written content, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, newsletters, and website copy.
- Conduct research to ensure content is relevant and up-to-date.

**Graphic Design**:

- Create infographics, illustrations, and other visual content to support written content.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all channels.

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to create content that supports company initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our content and design efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Content Creator/Manager.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio of published content.
- Experience managing social media platforms and understanding of social media analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
