We are seeking a creative and skilled Content Creator to join our team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content for our digital platforms. As content creator, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company’s online presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Create high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content for social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.
- Generate content ideas that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement, followership, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all social media channels.
- Monitor social media channels for trending topics, news, and relevant conversations to capitalize on timely opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our content strategy.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to track the performance of content and campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize content and drive results.
- Engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Experiment with different formats (e.g., videos, infographics, GIFs) and storytelling techniques to keep our content fresh and engaging.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and other team members to create multimedia content as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a social media content creator or similar role.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for content optimization.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and creating engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive content strategy and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
