**Role Overview**:
As a Content Creator and Designer at AEC, you will be at the forefront of our creative efforts, collaborating closely with our clients and internal teams to conceptualize, design, and execute captivating content tailored to each brand's unique identity. Your proficiency in design aesthetics and video editing finesse will be crucial in developing content that captures attention across various digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our digital marketing teams and clients to understand each brand's essence, objectives, and target audience.
- Conceptualize and produce visually striking graphics, animations, and multimedia elements that align with brand identities.
- Create and edit compelling videos that convey brand stories, showcase products/services, and resonate with the intended audience.
- Develop content strategies that encompass various digital channels, ensuring content is optimized for each platform.
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging while adapting designs to suit different brand aesthetics.
- Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and client expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Graphic Designer, or similar role, demonstrated through an impressive portfolio of design and video projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent design and video editing tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Experience in producing, editing, and optimizing videos for diverse digital platforms and formats.
- Exceptional creativity and the ability to adapt design styles to different brands.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and engage with clients.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
