
Ticketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Utilize ticketing systems and online platforms to search and book tickets according to customer preferences, including destinations, travel dates, seating preferences, and budgets.
Stay informed about various travel destinations, airlines, transportation options, fares, and travel regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Assist customers in planning their travel itineraries, including connecting flights, layovers, and ground transportation, to ensure smooth and efficient travel experiences.
Calculate fares based on different factors such as class, route, and availability. Inform customers about discounts, promotions, and special offers to maximize customer satisfaction.
Manage and update customer reservations, including changes, cancellations, and rebooking requests. Coordinate with airlines or transportation providers to resolve any booking issues.
Collect customer payments securely and accurately. Provide customers with payment options, process transactions, and issue tickets or booking confirmations.
Guide customers on travel document requirements, such as passports, visas, and health-related documents, to ensure compliance with entry regulations.
Provide post-booking support to customers, addressing inquiries, changes, or issues that may arise before or during their travel. Assist with rebooking or refund processes when necessary.
Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting additional services, such as travel insurance, hotel bookings, car rentals, or vacation packages, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance the customer's travel experience.
**Requirements**:
Strong knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, ticketing systems, fare rules, and travel-related regulations.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, listen attentively, and address customer needs.
Comfortable using computer systems, ticketing software, and online booking platforms. Familiarity with GDS (Global Distribution Systems) is a plus.
Accurate data entry skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure error-free bookings and information provided to customers.
Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining composure and providing timely responses.
Strong sales and persuasion skills to promote additional services and upsell where appropriate.
Resourceful problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints, booking errors, or other issues, and find effective solutions.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage, especially if serving a diverse customer base.
Pay: ₹8,471.38 - ₹28,945.36 per month
